April 9, 2009--90.7's Pat Duggins talks with Dr. John Logsdon of George Washington University on what's slowing down the process in getting a new NASA Administrator and the challenges the Space Agency's new leader will face. Logsdon also sat on the Columbia Accident Investigation Board which looked into the 2003 Shuttle disaster. He contends that President Obama offered Air Force General Scott Gration and the Department of Energy's Steve Isakowitz, and Congressional lawmakers said no.
